Oh, Janessa, Janessa...

The other night as I was waiting for the kids to get ready for bed, I was sitting on Janessa's bed and I started to notice how much "junk" she had sitting around. Don't get me wrong, her room was "clean" or in other words, you could walk across the floor without stepping on anything and I did complement her on that. But, I did mention that she still had a bunch of things hangin around that needed to find another house or better yet the trash. Her response was, "like what???" Allana was there and the two of us started listing misc. items that we could see from where we were sitting. Such items as old hand-outs from Primary, one of at least 20 stuffed animals she doesn't even look at, dollar store junk that hasn't been played with and is probably broken, old hand me down purses. You get the idea. Anyway, just as we were discussing all the possible things in her room that she keeps because she has some weird attachment to them, Briella grabs something off her counter and brings it over to me. "What is that?", I say. After inspection I find it is...

LINT!!!

I had washed a batch of new towels and when I asked Janessa to take them out of the dryer she discovered the super fluffy lint in the lint trap. Instead of thinking, "wow, this is fluffy" and throwing it in the trash, my saver Janessa thought, "WoW, this is FLUFFY!!!" and took it up to her room to save for some yet unknown art project that it would be perfect for.

Oh, Janessa, Janessa. You know I love you!

And your lint :)
